Teens

Adolescence is full of change, challenges, and self-discovery. Through compassionate and tailored support, we create a safe space where teens can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. Whether they’re navigating anxiety, school stress, relationships, or self-esteem struggles, our work together helps them gain confidence and feel more in control of their lives.

Young Adults

Moving into new seasons of life can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Whether you’re adjusting to college, entering the workforce, or figuring out who you are, we offer a space to process challenges, build self-awareness, and develop the tools to navigate life with confidence. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, balance, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your goals.

Groups

Growth happens in connection. Our group therapy sessions offer a supportive and understanding space to share experiences, gain new perspectives, and build meaningful relationships. Whether you’re looking for community, validation, or a space to practice new skills, these sessions provide a powerful opportunity for healing and personal development. I’m always open to feedback and ideas on the types of groups that would be most helpful—if there’s a group you’d like to see, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Q&A

The FAQs

I do not directly accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for you. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It typically includes the dates of service, diagnosis codes, and treatment details. Please reach out to discuss how this process works, and I’ll be happy to help guide you through it!

Your first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to understand your goals, concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve. Together, we’ll set the tone for your journey and create a plan moving forward.

Therapy can be a valuable tool for anyone looking to explore their emotions, improve mental well-being, or work through life challenges. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, therapy might be a great fit to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

The length of therapy can vary depending on your goals and needs. Some people benefit from a few sessions, while others may choose to continue for a longer period. We’ll regularly check in to ensure we’re making progress and adjust the plan as needed to support your growth.

Feeling nervous is completely normal! Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but I’m here to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. We’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and you can ask questions or express concerns at any time.

Meet the therapist behind the magic

Taylor Chumley, M.a.

My passion for counseling stems from a desire to help people tap into their own potential for growth and healing. I believe that each individual holds the key to their own well-being, and my role is to help unlock that through a commitment to deep listening, empathy, and validation of emotions. With a focus on both mental health and the mind-body connection, I work to build meaningful connections that foster trust and empowerment for my clients to initiate the changes they desire for themselves.

I take a personalized approach to therapy, understanding that no two people are the same, and I tailor my methods to suit each individual’s unique needs. I uphold a promise to myself to show up imperfect and authentic in each session, just as I hope my clients do.
