Insurance & Coverage
We work with
most major plans
Insurance is the first thing most people want to know about, and the hardest thing to get a straight answer on. So we stopped asking people to sort it out alone. Book a free consultation and we'll check your plan and let you know what's covered.

Who We Work With
Chances are good
we can work with yours
We're in-network with Aetna and First Health. If you carry Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, or most other PPO plans, we work with those too.
Here's the part most people don't know: plans often cover a meaningful share of therapy even when a therapist isn't listed in their directory. How much depends entirely on your specific plan, and there's no way to tell from your card or your plan number. The only way to know is to call the carrier and ask.
So we do that part for you. It costs nothing, and it commits you to nothing.
How It Works
Two steps, and only one
of them is yours
You book a free consultation
Fifteen minutes, no cost, no commitment. Book online, or call or text us if that's easier.
We handle the rest
We go straight to your carrier, get a real answer, and let you know what your plan covers before you book a first session.
However You Want to Handle It
More than one way
to make this work
If you'd rather file the claim yourself, we can provide a superbill you submit directly to your carrier. If you'd rather keep insurance out of it entirely, private pay clients are always welcome and nothing gets filed or shared.
And if it turns out your benefits don't make sense for you, we'll tell you that plainly and help you think about what else might work. We'd rather be honest early than waste your time.
Common Questions
Insurance FAQ
Nothing. It's part of the free consultation, and there's no obligation to book a session afterward.
Usually one business day. Carriers can't answer coverage questions on weekends, so a Friday or weekend request typically comes back to you on Monday or Tuesday.
Because the number on a page wouldn't be your number. What you'd actually pay depends on your plan, your deductible, and your benefits. We'd rather find out what's true for you than post something that isn't.
It's an itemized receipt for your sessions, formatted the way insurance companies want it. You submit it to your carrier and they reimburse you directly. We can provide one on request.
Absolutely. Plenty of our clients do. Nothing gets filed, nothing gets shared with a carrier, and we can talk through rates on your consultation call.
Yes. We have evening availability, and Madison sees clients on weekends, which is often what makes therapy possible for families working around school and work schedules.
